Yes, selected clinical requests remain available by email or phone for non-emergency concerns.
Do you accept insurance for clinical care?
The practice does not bill insurance directly.
Where are house calls available?
House calls are based in Kenmore and nearby communities, depending on schedule, address, and clinical fit.
Can my child have a virtual visit from another state?
The child should be physically located in Washington State at the time of a medical telemedicine visit.
Can prescriptions be provided?
When clinically appropriate. Some concerns require an in-person evaluation.
Can clinical care replace my child’s regular pediatrician?
No. Keep a regular pediatrician for preventive care, vaccines, chronic care, and records.
When should I call 911 or go to the emergency department?
Call 911 for severe breathing difficulty, blue or gray color, unresponsiveness, prolonged seizure, major injury, or another life-threatening concern.
